An early-stage tech company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support Specialist in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer emails and support tickets
- Provide world-class technical support
- Help build our knowledge-base of answers to frequently asked questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two work-from-home days per week
- Must possess technical adaptability in a constantly changing and expanding work environment
- Some Technical Support or online help desk experience
