Job Summary
A company in the automotive industry is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing basic product training, technical troubleshooting and problem resolution to clients
- Assisting partners with account management related needs and custom reports
- Answering inbound calls and responding to emails from external clients and third-party vendors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of Customer Service in a client facing position, preferably Technical Support
- Typing proficiency and knowledge of Windows
- Knowledge and understanding of network and server monitoring tools, VPN
- Knowledge of on-premise and VoIP technologies
- Knowledge of internet browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills: Excel, Outlook, Word
