Job Summary

A company in the automotive industry is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing basic product training, technical troubleshooting and problem resolution to clients
  • Assisting partners with account management related needs and custom reports
  • Answering inbound calls and responding to emails from external clients and third-party vendors

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of Customer Service in a client facing position, preferably Technical Support
  • Typing proficiency and knowledge of Windows
  • Knowledge and understanding of network and server monitoring tools, VPN
  • Knowledge of on-premise and VoIP technologies
  • Knowledge of internet browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills: Excel, Outlook, Word
