Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Talent Acquisition Partner in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Proactively source active and passive technical talent against company’s hiring plans
- Create and maintain a repeatable, scalable talent pipeline, leveraging data at every turn
- Partner with the VP of People on acquisition and retention initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-6 years experience
- At least 2 years as a technical recruiter in house
- Naturally curious
- Dynamic problem solver
- Attentive to the little details
