Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Technical Talent Attraction Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing, identifying and submitting prescreened and qualified candidates for a variety of positions
- Conducting complex internet searches using a wide variety of search engines
- Conducting phone interviews and assessing candidates against client position requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
- Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment
- Familiarity with social media
- Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals
- Easily embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- All other requirements necessary for this position
