A software technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing potential candidates
- Partnering with Recruiters to build effective recruiting strategies
- Providing qualified candidates by pre-screening, contacting potential candidates, and outbound sourcing calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years experience in technical candidate sourcing or technical talent acquisition
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- A desire to "seek", "dig", "hunt" and of course, network
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
