Job Summary

A software technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Talent Sourcer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Sourcing potential candidates
  • Partnering with Recruiters to build effective recruiting strategies
  • Providing qualified candidates by pre-screening, contacting potential candidates, and outbound sourcing calls

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in technical candidate sourcing or technical talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
