Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Writer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
• Create client-facing documentation for both developers and end-users
• Research, write, and produce a high volume of client-facing end-user and API documentation

Required Skills:

• Confirmed experience taking a creative approach to engaging, well-structured, benefit-focused content
• 3-5 or more years of technical writing experience
• Strong, flexible writing skills appropriate for a client audience
• Experience maintaining a large amount of documentation for a product
• Tested project management skills
• Ability to analyze and transform custom financial tools, analytics, and data feeds into accurate, user-friendly documentation
