Job Summary

A data clean room software needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing, developing & delivering documentation for user guides and API documentation
  • Developing content re-use and single-sourcing strategies
  • Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

Qualifications Include:

  • BS/BA Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience maintaining customer- and developer-facing documentation
  • 2+ years' experience in Advertising Technology (Ad Tech) space
  • Experience writing documentation for APIs, SDKs, components, and tools
  • Understanding of OpenAPI, GraphQL, gRPC, and Async APIs
  • Ability to develop SDKs and write code snippets in multiple languages is a plus
