Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Writer and Communicator.

Must be able to:

• Research, design, develop, and maintain all types of system-related documentation in various formats to guide users on how to perform existing processes and procedures
• Coordinate efforts with training, subject matter experts, risk reviewers and other team members to ensure cohesiveness and consistency across all system procedures
• Maintain and manage system document database to support an efficient user search functionality

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years’ experience with the research, design, development, and maintenance of all types of system-related documentation
• Proven technical writer with demonstrated written communication and documentation experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives
• Ability to provide consulting services and documentation design to development teams, subject matter experts, and internal business groups
• Ability to determine documentation needs, requirements, and presentation methods that meet business needs
• Ability to lead and participate in documentation review meetings with application development team and the business line
