Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Technical Writer in Boston.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with internal engineering and project management teams and our 3rd party partners to develop new content
- Creating and maintaining electronic work instructions for all product lines installed in the field
- Maintaining department internal wiki page with latest information and make changes as required
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- HTML/markup experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience in a technical writing or content management position
- Strong work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated
- Understanding of manufacturing or technical process documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, English, Communications or other technical communication-related field
- Ability to create and structure App-based work instructions through an online interface
