Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Writing Quality Assurance Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing software/systems testing standards and procedures, and oversees testing
- Reviewing and evaluating software products and systems to ensure adherence
- Documenting and analyzing test results, and makes recommendations to improve overall quality
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Some trips to Falls Church, VA
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience
- 5-8 years of related experience preparing and editing technical documentation
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Technical Writing of MHS/DHA applications
- 8-10 years of related quality assurance experience
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in quality assurance and software engineering
