Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technology Account Manager in Tampa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing overall client engagement strategies
• Managing account profitability by developing and negotiating statements of work
• Providing proactive support and guidance for ongoing client website/web application inquiries

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work from home 1 day per week
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business Administration, Management, MIS, CIS or related field
• Experience with complex sales cycles solutions and selling to senior management in medium to large enterprises
• 5-10 years related experience in technology services, interactive agencies or other client services organizations
• Understanding of custom web application development and its potential uses in business
• Ability to react strategically in customer settings, "listen" and discern client business needs
