Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technology Applied Machine Learning Scientist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Staying current on technology trends and developments in the relevant ML areas
- Analyzing millions of structured and unstructured data points and identify meaningful signals to improve model performance
- Conducting large scale A/B testing and offline/online experiments to evaluate performance of machine learning models
Position Requirements Include:
- PhD (or Msc) in computer science, machine learning or related fields
- Experience and knowledge of the mathematical concepts behind algorithms in supervised learning and reinforcement learning
- Experience and knowledge of the mathematical concepts behind algorithms in deep learning, multi-armed bandit, multimodal machine learning and online learning
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and machine learning frameworks such as Pytorch and Tensorflow
- Experience with distributed training and inference pipelines on large datasets
