Job Summary

A large health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technology Business Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting production support team to resolve data discrepancies and other system issues
  • Providing proactive consultation future data/infrastructure needs
  • Performing root cause analysis on problem tickets and other system issues

Required Skills:

  • Travel 20%
  • SQL experience and must be able to do the following - creating and execute queries
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or any field or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience with delivering presentations
  • Microsoft Office proficiency Word & PowerPoint, Access & Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into action and use the data to impact and influence business outcomes
