Job Summary
A cloud-based technology software solutions provider is in need of a Telecommute Technology Customer Service Specialist in Joliet.
Must be able to:
- Initiate and receive calls to/from patients requiring resupply of sleep therapy products
- Understand the unique requirements of patients
- Complete sales orders with accuracy and speed
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school education required
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly
- Ability to make twenty to twenty five calls per hour
- Must have high speed Internet
