Job Summary

A cloud-based technology software solutions provider is in need of a Telecommute Technology Customer Service Specialist in Joliet.

Must be able to:

  • Initiate and receive calls to/from patients requiring resupply of sleep therapy products
  • Understand the unique requirements of patients
  • Complete sales orders with accuracy and speed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school education required
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly
  • Ability to make twenty to twenty five calls per hour
  • Must have high speed Internet
