Job Summary

A logistics technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technology Customer Success Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with customers to solve challenges and expand throughout your assigned region
• Sharing our services through virtual demonstrations of the online platform and highlighting key services relevant to the customer
• Serving as an expert in the features and functionalities of the online platform
