A provider of driven solutions for online community platforms is seeking a Telecommute Technology Customer Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting our customers via our support forum & ticketing system
- Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
- Taking every opportunity to delight our customers and exceed their expectations
Qualifications for this position include:
- We try to all meet at least once a year at a fun destination
- Good knowledge in PHP and object orientated programming
- Good knowledge of Javascript/jQuery
- Experience with Git and other version control systems
- Experience with HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 and responsive design
- All other technical requirements necessary for this position
