Job Summary

A provider of driven solutions for online community platforms is seeking a Telecommute Technology Customer Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting our customers via our support forum & ticketing system
  • Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
  • Taking every opportunity to delight our customers and exceed their expectations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • We try to all meet at least once a year at a fun destination
  • Good knowledge in PHP and object orientated programming
  • Good knowledge of Javascript/jQuery
  • Experience with Git and other version control systems
  • Experience with HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 and responsive design
  • All other technical requirements necessary for this position
