• Processing candidate from initial outreach to offer stage

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience
• 1+ years of experience sourcing, screening, and hiring for software engineers
• Experience actively sourcing tech candidates using search techniques
• Experience in utilizing data and unique sourcing strategy for bringing diverse candidate pools to our hiring team
