Job Summary
A privately-held information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technology Renewals Inside Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading Business Review Calls to assess customer experience, current usage of product, IT environment changes and growth opportunities
- Building and documenting renewal quotes, process orders, and compiling history in company CRM software
- Closing business that is complex in nature and often contractual
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in Information Technology (IT), IT services and products
- Proven solid skills in presenting to customers and conducting business reviews
