Job Summary

A privately-held information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technology Renewals Inside Sales Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading Business Review Calls to assess customer experience, current usage of product, IT environment changes and growth opportunities
  • Building and documenting renewal quotes, process orders, and compiling history in company CRM software
  • Closing business that is complex in nature and often contractual

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience in Information Technology (IT), IT services and products
  • Proven solid skills in presenting to customers and conducting business reviews
  • Demonstrated drive and self-motivation with strong commitment to professional development
