Job Summary
A global technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Technology Retail Client Partner.
Must be able to:
- Manage the customer P&Ls
- Manage accurate forecasts and weekly account updates in Salesforce
- Manage and execute a Customer Satisfaction program
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of proven account management experience
- Strong account management discipline, processes and structure
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate and direct a team
- Significant retail account experience working with C-level Client executives
