A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technology Risk Operations Head.
Must be able to:
- Scale our risk operations team to keep pace with the rest of our business
- Identify, evaluate and close top front line talent
- Measure performance and identify areas of improvement across team and direct reports

- Proven leader with direct experience scaling an operational organization
- Excited to dive into the numbers and use a healthy mix of quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions
