Job Summary
An IT company is in need of a Telecommute Technology Sales Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acting as the technical subject matter expert
- Providing technical guidance, product expertise and creative advice
- Providing pre-sales technical support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to travel 25% - 50% of the time
- 5-7 years of technical pre-sales experience in the retail store IT industry
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Extensive product knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Working knowledge of retail store IT systems and POS application design
- Strong knowledge of payments, EMV, and gateways
