A technology distributor is seeking a Telecommute Technology Senior Field Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Strategize, implement, and monitor business goals, operating plans and budgets for top line sales
- Provide leadership and management direction to assigned territory and sales staff
- Monitor sales levels for assigned region and targets areas for improvement
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
- Able to manage subordinate managers and/or highly skilled specialists
- Able to develop and implement programs that facilitate organizational growth
