Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Technology Service Management Consultant in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing and coordinating proactive maintenance initiatives
  • Ensuring effective ownership and facilitation of support service activities
  • Leading complex service delivery processes and problem resolution

Position Requirements Include:

  • 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree
  • A solid understanding of and technical competence in data center technologies
  • 8+ years enterprise experience with data center technologies such as Windows, Linux, VMware, EMC, Compellent, EqualLogic, blade technology and networking
  • Excellent presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills
