Job Summary
A real estate services and investment management company is in need of a Telecommute Technology Services Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading transition kick-off discussion with clients
- Maintaining and administering the CAFM database
- Providing monthly reporting for billing purposes
Qualifications Include:
- 3 years of CAFM Technical and Project-Related experience
- A strong working knowledge of CAD/CAFM Systems
- Excellent MS skills inducing: Power Point, Excel, Access, Word
- Ability to work through issues and narrow down root cause
- Debugging/Testing Skills
- Experienced in managing multiple CAFM Implementations and Projects
