Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technology Support Regional Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the Regional Support Services Delivery team
  • Achieving all Client and Employee satisfaction targets
  • Working closely with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Attend company events
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10+ years relevant Oracle Technology/Oracle DBA/Fusion Middleware experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing, hiring, mentoring, setting MBOs for direct reports
  • 5+ years expereince direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment
  • Must meet all listed company requirements
