A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technology Support Regional Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the Regional Support Services Delivery team
- Achieving all Client and Employee satisfaction targets
- Working closely with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attend company events
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10+ years relevant Oracle Technology/Oracle DBA/Fusion Middleware experience
- 10+ years of experience managing, hiring, mentoring, setting MBOs for direct reports
- 5+ years expereince direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment
- Must meet all listed company requirements
