Job Summary
Telecommunications company is filling a position for a Telecommute Telco Sales Engineering Director in the Western Region.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and career development coaching to a team of Sales Engineers
- Contributing as the technical lead for regional sales leadership teams
- Leading technical training and develop programs/processes that can be leveraged company-wide
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to present on the company and industry topic at both public events and customer briefings
- 10 years experience in telecommunications with specific knowledge of Telco Edge and Access networking solutions
- Strong knowledge base of data (IP) services
- Strong interpersonal, written and public speaking skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple audiences and levels within both internal and external organizations
- Demonstrated leadership experience working with teams covering major account, region, or national sales efforts
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Major hub city in the western half of the US
