Job Summary

A consumer transaction technologies provider is in need of a Telecommute T and T Service Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work with multiple subject matter experts to bring together service and technical components
• Lead presales opportunities including service models, response content, financials, and identifying and mitigating deal risks
• Deliver a well-defined set of service design documents

Qualifications Include:

• Travel is approximately 25% of the role but may vary
• Broad understanding of Networking solutions
• Good understanding of Cloud, Data Center, Mobility, Collaboration, and IoT concepts
• Deep understanding of ITIL concepts
• Comfortable delivering solution presentations to customers
• All other technical requirements necessary for this position
