A global business services company has an open position for a Telecommute Telecommunications Call Center Customer Experience Associate in Wichita.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Change passwords to set DVRs; you’ll help customers navigate challenges with clarity
- Resolve issues on the first call
- Put our customers first, exceeding their expectations
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months experience providing customer service or selling products and services
- Confident in your ability to troubleshoot technical issues and upsell
- Dedicated to constant improvement of your technical skills
- You’re as comfortable with customers as you are with computers
