A global business services company has an open position for a Telecommute Telecommunications Call Center Customer Experience Associate in Wichita.

  • Change passwords to set DVRs; you’ll help customers navigate challenges with clarity
  • Resolve issues on the first call

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 6 months experience providing customer service or selling products and services
  • Confident in your ability to troubleshoot technical issues and upsell
  • Dedicated to constant improvement of your technical skills
  • You’re as comfortable with customers as you are with computers
