Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Telecommute Telecommunications Technical Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide phone and Web based support on supported products and take the problem to resolution
- Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering
- Ensure escalated cases have proper notes and performing individual case review
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or
- High school diploma with relevant experience
- 5+ years of computer related experience
- 5+ years of customer support experience
- Ability to multi-task, work on more than one customer issue at a time and prioritize
- Well organized, results-oriented team player
