A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Telehealth Care Center Representative in Boca Raton.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service by responding to the patient's questions or concerns
- Ensure that all interactions create customer satisfaction, effectiveness, proficiency, and quality
- Maintain call documentation by entering complete and sufficient information
Qualifications for this position include:
- Some On-site may be required
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of support or patient documentation experience or equivalent
- Ability to work independently but stay engaged with the virtual team throughout the workday via Microsoft Teams
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
