Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Telehealth Independent Nurse Practitioner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver telehealth primary and urgent care visits to patients of all ages
  • Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information
  • Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens

Qualifications Include:

  • Master's and certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • 2 years of clinical experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner outside of clinical rotations
  • Experience in pediatric care within the past 2 years
  • An unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Ability to successfully qualify for and obtain unrestricted state licensure throughout the defined platform
