Job Summary
A telemedicine company is in need of a Telecommute Telemedicine Claims Support Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contacting providers and insurance companies to resolve claim concerns
- Assisting with understanding of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
- Collaborating with peers and management across functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- College degree or additional experience in lieu of college degree
- Track record of driving measurable efficiency results
- Ability to analyze and identify trends and patterns related to member billing complaints
- Excellent data and overall analytical skills
- Ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment
- Highly effective communication, problem resolution and organizational skills
