Job Summary

A telemedicine company is in need of a Telecommute Telemedicine Claims Support Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Contacting providers and insurance companies to resolve claim concerns
  • Assisting with understanding of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
  • Collaborating with peers and management across functions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • College degree or additional experience in lieu of college degree
  • Track record of driving measurable efficiency results
  • Ability to analyze and identify trends and patterns related to member billing complaints
  • Excellent data and overall analytical skills
  • Ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment
  • Highly effective communication, problem resolution and organizational skills
