Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Telemedicine Patient Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Documenting customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and contribute to the improvement of workflows
- Acting as an advocate for the patients, understanding and fighting for their needs within the organization
- Escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications Include:
- Previous experience in a patient support role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology, appointment scheduling, and billing processes
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and data protection regulations, such as HIPAA
