Job Summary

A healthcare insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Telephonic Healthcare Patient Engagement Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets
  • Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to members
  • Utilize tried and true telephonic methods of patient outreach and engagement strategies to schedule visits for enrollment

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven achievement mindset: ability to consistently hit sales targets
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
  • Proven success with time management and organizational skills
