Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Telephonic Nurse 2 Care Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure patient is progressing towards desired outcomes
  • Identify and resolve barriers that hinder effective care
  • Create member care plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Three years clinical or managed care experience
  • Interqual (or Milliman) knowledge
  • Active licensed RN in state of employment
  • Case Management Certification (CCM)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, and Excel
