Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Telephonic Nurse Case Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Providing patient education to assist with self-management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Reside in a compact state AND within 50 miles of an office
- Current and unrestricted Compact RN License in your state of residence
- Multiple state licensures OR ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses
- 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting, acute care, direct care, or as a Telephonic Case Manager
- Ability to navigate a Windows environment
- Ability to work until 8:00 pm two to three nights per week in your time zone
