Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Telephonic Nurse Case Manager II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to meet identified needs
  • Assisting in problem solving with providers, claims, or service issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or ability to learn new computer programs/systems/software
  • Minimum 2 years "telephonic" Case Management experience with a Managed Care Company
  • Requires a BA/BS in a health related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in acute care setting
  • 5 years of clinical experience
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required
