Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Telephonic Nurse Case Manager II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
- Coordinating internal and external resources to meet identified needs
- Assisting in problem solving with providers, claims, or service issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or ability to learn new computer programs/systems/software
- Minimum 2 years "telephonic" Case Management experience with a Managed Care Company
- Requires a BA/BS in a health related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in acute care setting
- 5 years of clinical experience
- Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required
