Job Summary
A healthcare and health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Telephonic Registered Nurse Case Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating care and services for members
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Educating members on disease processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 25 % of the time
- 5 years' experience as an RN in a clinical setting
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Hilo, HI
- Basic level of experience with Microsoft Word, with the ability to navigate a Windows environment
- Must have a designated work space and access to install secure high speed Internet via cable / DSL in home
