Job Summary

A leading healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Telephonic Registered Nurse in the West Valley City Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Helping members telephonically with hospital discharge concerns
• Following up with members and providers to ensure appointments are made and medical needs are meet
• Reviewing authorization requests during slow times for skilled nursing facilities and or inpatient hospitalizations

Required Skills:

• Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of residence
• 2+ years clinical experience in telephonic nursing
• Computer / typing proficiency to enter / retrieve data in electronic clinical records
• Experience with email, internet research, use of online calendars and other software applications
• Ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action
