Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Telephonic RN HSS Coordinator in Houston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Providing patient education to assist with self management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas
- 2+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery, and / or high risk Obstetrics / Antepartum
- Access to High Speed Internet
- Demonstrated proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
