Job Summary
A healthcare data science company has a current position open for a Telecommute Telephonic Triage Registered Nurse.
Must be able to:
- Directs members to the most appropriate level of care
- Assists and empowers members to make better health care decisions
- Provide nursing education telephonically
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least three to five years of RN clinical experience in Nursing
- Ability to use critical thinking skills and respond quickly and professionally under stressful, emergent situations
- Excellent customer service skills including professional phone voice, empathy, and active listening skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be able to obtain a RN license in the State of California
- Active unrestricted RN license in good standing in the state of current residence
