Job Summary
A customer-engagement services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Telephony Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Updating the documentation of the telephony infrastructure and network infrastructure
- Reviewing telephony traffic usage, traffic flow and requirements
- Providing technical advice and guidance on relevant standards, regulations and protocols
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel required up to 10%
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics
- 2 years working with telephony equipment, or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent client management resolution, problem solving, debugging troubleshooting skills
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize work efficiently, and good team orientation
