Job Summary

A customer-engagement services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Telephony Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Updating the documentation of the telephony infrastructure and network infrastructure
• Reviewing telephony traffic usage, traffic flow and requirements
• Providing technical advice and guidance on relevant standards, regulations and protocols

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Travel required up to 10%
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics
• 2 years working with telephony equipment, or equivalent education and experience
• Excellent client management resolution, problem solving, debugging troubleshooting skills
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize work efficiently, and good team orientation
