Job Summary
A consumer transaction technologies company has an open position for a Telecommute Territory Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and targeting indirect opportunities across existing and new customers
- Maintaining and growing file value and serving as the principal financial sales representative ensuring the highest level of customer service and support
- Ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met driving volume and growth into these user accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience; financial industry
- Proven success in solution sales environment; preferably in an indirect sales position
- Ability to articulate the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms to support our customer experience platforms
- Demonstrated ability to understand sales barriers and overcome initial technology hurdles to close business
- Customer-oriented approach
