Job Summary

A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Test Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting testing of an existing product line to integrate new and enhance existing features
  • Participating in software development life cycle, including requirements definition, design, test, and delivery phases
  • Working with a team of analysts and engineers to interpret system requirements and designs for alignment with software test cases

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a VA T4 security clearance
  • 3+ years of experience with performing quality assurance activities
  • 2+ years of experience with requirements analysis and engineering using the SDLC
  • Experience with writing clear and concise requirements, design, and test-related documentation
  • Knowledge of software development and systems engineering
  • Ability to interact with senior-level management and clients and hold technology-related discussions with non-technical individuals
