Job Summary
A provider of online test preparation services is seeking a Telecommute Test Preparation Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering students’ questions through Zendesk and Intercom
- Chatting to students with any inquiries over the phone
- Troubleshooting student issues
