Job Summary

A craft company is filling a position for a Telecommute Test Tooling Software Engineer in Brooklyn.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reducing barriers to testing for engineers.
  • Helping our CTO develop and improve engineering metrics
  • Contributing at several levels of our web application stack

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, or relevant experience
  • Experience with Bamboo/Jenkins for continuous integrationShell scripting/Linux scripting
  • 3+ years of platform test engineering experience specific to unit and/or integration testing
  • 3+ years experience with Javascript, JS Code Coverage tooling, PHP and/or PHPUnit
  • You have led or been involved in behavioral shifts pertaining to code quality in any previous role
  • Experience working with cross functional Infrastructure teams to ship products
