Job Summary
A healthcare insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Testing Quality Control Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and understand client specifications
- Build/Run standard and custom batch claim files
- Analyze and interpret test claims for processing
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s in health administration, business or related field or proven industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
- Ability to perform benefit compare analysis between PharmScreens and RxPlan
- Ability to conduct automated claims testing through RxPlan and analyze results
- Ability to document results and follow through resolution within department’s tracking system
