Job Summary

A company that provides testing services has a current position open for a Telecommute Testing Services Client Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring contractual commitments and service level agreements are being met
  • Fostering a positive client relationship
  • Helping to formulate a strategy to retain existing clients’ contract renewals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field
  • OR relevant work experience in lieu of formal degree
  • 1-3 years of Client Support, Account Management, Project Management or Consulting experience
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in providing superior client service
  • Strong MS Office Tool skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Plan and Visio
