Job Summary
A company that provides testing services has a current position open for a Telecommute Testing Services Client Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring contractual commitments and service level agreements are being met
- Fostering a positive client relationship
- Helping to formulate a strategy to retain existing clients’ contract renewals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field
- OR relevant work experience in lieu of formal degree
- 1-3 years of Client Support, Account Management, Project Management or Consulting experience
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in providing superior client service
- Strong MS Office Tool skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Plan and Visio
