Job Summary
A health services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Pharmacy Technician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting supervisors with day to day tactical issues, handling escalated calls, training, and coaching needs
- Answering questions and recommend corrective action to address complaints
- Working a rotating call schedule throughout the day to support Clinical Services Representative I
Required Skills:
- A verifiable High School diploma/GED and TX Pharmacy Tech license are required
- Must have at least 1 year in CVS Prior Authorization Department Required
- Basic math skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Superior PA knowledge with excellent quality
- Must have excellent attendance & schedule adherence
- Superior PC skills in Windows based applications is ideal
