Job Summary
A software solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Thermal and Laser Printer Solutions Customer Services Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing competitive landscape and ensure the program is competitive in the market
- Developing services program based on the voice of the customer
- Developing and implementing the growth strategy of the services side of our business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Bachelor's in Business or other technical degree
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- 7-10 years of proven experience in managing a service group
- Ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience with various service platforms is required
