Job Summary

A software solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Thermal and Laser Printer Solutions Customer Services Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing competitive landscape and ensure the program is competitive in the market
  • Developing services program based on the voice of the customer
  • Developing and implementing the growth strategy of the services side of our business

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Bachelor's in Business or other technical degree
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in managing a service group
  • Ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Experience with various service platforms is required
